RAMADAN. The Coordination made up of the four Muslim federations (FFAIACA, GMP, MF and RMF) confirmed that the start date of the month of Ramadan 2021/1442 corresponded to Tuesday, April 13 during the “Night of doubt” on this Sunday.

This Sunday, four dissident Muslim federations of the CFCM, also met at 6.30 pm at the Grand Mosque in Paris, to observe the sky as part of “the night of doubt”.

They made public their decision at 7 p.m.: “following the consultation of scientific calculations and universal astronomical data, the commission determined the first day of the blessed month of Ramadan 2021 – 1442 / H on Tuesday, April 13, 2021”.
